Cancellation Policy

Trinity Naturopathic Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

At Trinity Naturopathic, we value both your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide the highest quality of care to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation and missed appointment policy:

Appointment Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Exceptions

  • We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. In these cases, we will use our discretion and may waive the fee. We ask for honest communication in such situations.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, no charges will apply, and we will do our best to accommodate you promptly.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the time of the next patient. You will still be responsible for the full fee.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the no-show policy.

Repeat Offenses

  • If missed appointments or last-minute cancellations occur more than twice, a non-refundable deposit may be required to book future appointments.

Booking Policy

  • New patients are required to provide a valid credit card to secure their first appointment. This card will only be charged in accordance with this policy.
