Yes, please bring your insurance information to your appointment. Direct billing is not a guarantee of payment, and clients remain responsible for any portion not covered by their insurance plan.

Your massage therapist will review your health history, discuss your concerns and goals, and determine an appropriate treatment approach. You will also have an opportunity to ask questions before treatment begins.

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
